Season-Based Competition
TYRUN is a seasonal fitness race built for the well-rounded competitor—the kind of athlete who’s not just strong or fast, but both. Each season features a brand-new workout: fresh exercises, distances, and standards. Athletes battle through the season for their personal best, and when the final race closes, a champion is crowned in every division.
SEASON 1 WORKOUT
Here’s the official workout for Season 1 – a test of endurance,
strength, and mindset. You’ll complete 4 running intervals,
each followed by 2 back-to-back workout stations.
