From Scaled to Pro, and from Singles to Doubles formats, each division follows the same race structure — but adapts the challenge through weights and intensity. This allows every athlete to compete on their own level, while still being part of the same high-performance environment.

Pro Division

The Pro Division is built for advanced and elite athletes. Elite-level demands. No room for compromise. This category is designed for competitors with serious hybrid or functional fitness experience who want to test themselves under pressure. Open Division

The Open Division is the standard format of TYRUN. It’s built for athletes with a solid fitness base who want to take on the full challenge — intensity, volume, and competition included. This is the division for experienced functional fitness athletes or endurance racers looking to test themselves. Open Division Workout & Weights Start Run: 600 meters Station 1: 3000 meter BikeERG Station 2: 100 Kettlebell Swings Weights: • Women: 12 KG • Men & Mixed: 20 KG Run: 600 meters Station 3: 1000 meter RowERG Station 4: 100 V-Ups Run: 600 meters Station 5: 1000 meter SkiERG Station 6: 100 meter Walking Lunges Weights: • Women: 2 × 7.5 KG • Men & Mixed: 2 × 12.5 KG Run: 600 meters Station 7: 100 Box Jumps (Box Height: 20 Inch) Station 8: 600 meter Sandbag Carry (Devil Run) Weights: • Women: 30 KG • Men & Mixed: 50 KG Finish
