Frequently asked questions

You can change your partner via the Atleta platform where you registered.

Important:

All changes must be made at least 48 hours before the race.

Within 48 hours before the race, changes can only be made at the registration desk on-site at the event.

If the change is not correctly processed in the system, you will not be allowed to participate.

No, refunds are not possible.

As we work with a limited capacity and the full event organization (such as venue, equipment, scheduling, and crew) is planned well in advance, it is not feasible for us to manage cancellations and refunds.

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Therefore, we offer an alternative:

What is possible:

You may transfer your ticket to someone else.

This must be done according to the change guidelines (see question above).

TYRUN follows a strict “no gadgets” policy to ensure fair competition and safety.

Not allowed:

Weightlifting belts

Straps, grips, or hooks

Headphones or earbuds

Allowed:

Sports clothing and shoes

Knee and wrist sleeves

The use of forbidden equipment will result in disqualification (DSQ).

You must be present in the call-up zone at least 15 minutes before your start time.
Late arrival results in the loss of your start position. No compensation or rescheduling will be provided.

No, this is not allowed.
You may not accept drinks, food, or any other items from spectators or coaches during the race.
This applies to the entire course and all stations.
Hydration is only provided by the organization via the refill stations.
Violation may result in a warning followed by disqualification (DSQ).

Each athlete is supervised by a judge at the stations.
The judge gives the start signal (“Go”).
Repetitions are counted and validated.
Incorrect reps will be called as a no-rep and must be repeated immediately.
A station is only completed when all repetitions are performed correctly.
The judge’s decisions are final and must be respected at all times.

The following time penalties apply:
Missed station → 25-minute penalty.
Missed lap → 15-minute penalty.
Serious or repeated violations may result in disqualification (DSQ).

The race is measured using electronic chip timing.
You are responsible for wearing your chip correctly at all times
If you lose your chip, your result may be declared invalid
A €15 fee may be charged for a lost chip

You are not allowed to bring your own drinks onto the course.
What is allowed:
A gel or other quick sugar source.
What is provided:
Water and isotonic sports drinks at the refill stations.
Accepting food or drinks from spectators is not allowed.

There is no bag drop available.
However, lockers are available for rent for both athletes and spectators.

The safety of participants is always the top priority.

Follow all instructions from medical staff and officials.

If necessary, you will be removed from the race.

The organization reserves the right to withdraw an athlete from the race for medical reasons.

The course is one-way traffic and must be strictly followed.
Always keep to the right.
Overtake on the left.
The inside lane must remain clear for overtaking.
Failure to follow course rules may result in time penalties or disqualification (DSQ).

The start of your race consists of several steps:
Registration
Upon arrival, check in at the registration desk where you will receive your timing chip.
Warm-up zone
Proceed to the warm-up zone to prepare for your race. Please respect the equipment and space.
Call-up & start tunnel
Then move to the start tunnel, where athletes are grouped per wave based on their assigned start wave.
Start
You will start according to your wave. Always follow the instructions of the organization and officials.
Important:
Be present in the call-up zone at least 15 minutes before your start time.
Late arrival results in loss of your start position, without compensation.
