TYRUN SEASON 2: Everything You Need to Know

TYRUN continues to evolve.

With Season Two, the concept stays the same — but the challenge changes. New cities, larger venues, and most importantly: a completely new workout.

This isn’t a relaunch or a new format. It’s how TYRUN was designed from the start. Each season is built to push athletes in a different way.

What Does “Season-Based” Actually Mean?

Unlike other races, TYRUN is structured around seasons. Each season introduces a brand-new workout. That means the race you experienced in Season One will not be the same in Season Two.

This is intentional.

The goal is not to repeat the same performance — but to develop as an athlete across multiple dimensions.

Instead of training for one specific format, athletes are encouraged to build a broader foundation: strength, endurance, speed and functional capacity.

A new season means new demands.

You don’t prepare for TYRUN once. You keep evolving with it.

What Can You Expect From Season Two?

Season Two introduces a completely new workout structure. While the exact details remain part of the challenge, you can expect a different balance between strength and endurance, new combinations of movements, and a format that requires pacing, strategy and adaptability.

Previous experience helps — but won’t guarantee performance. Every athlete starts from a new baseline.

The strongest athletes aren’t the ones who repeat — but the ones who adapt fastest.

How the Season Works

Season Two is made up of multiple events across different locations. Each event is part of the same season, meaning your performance contributes to your overall progression.

You can participate in one race — or multiple. But for those aiming higher, there’s a clear objective: qualify for the S2 Finals.

Athletes can earn their spot in the finals by setting a strong performance during one of the season events. At the end of the season, the top 200 athletes per category will qualify.

It’s not just about showing up. It’s about performing when it counts.

Every second matters. Your time determines your position — and your position determines your path to the finals.

Choosing Your Division

To make TYRUN accessible and competitive for everyone, the race is divided into three divisions. Each division follows the same workout structure — but with different weights, intensity and expectations.

Same race. Different standard.

Scaled — For First-Time Competitors

Lighter weights, adapted movements, focus on finishing and building confidence.

Open — The Standard Format

Balanced intensity, designed for regular athletes, most popular division.

Pro — For Competitive Athletes

Heavier loads, higher intensity, performance-driven.

How to Choose Your Division

Choose Scaled if: it’s your first fitness race, you’re still building your base, or you want to complete the race confidently.

Choose Open if: you train consistently, want a full challenge, and aim to push your performance.

Choose Pro if: you compete regularly, aim for rankings, and want to qualify for the finals.

The right division isn’t about ego — it’s about competing at your highest potential.

Who Is TYRUN For?

TYRUN is built for athletes who want more than a single race. It’s for those who want to test themselves in different ways, adapt their training, and improve over time.

You don’t need to be elite — but you do need to be ready to challenge yourself.

Why Season Two Matters

Season Two is where the concept fully comes to life. With more locations, more athletes, and a stronger competitive structure, it becomes more than just a series of events.

Each race builds on the previous one. Each athlete evolves. And by the finals, the difference is clear.
